Just before sliding out and escaping a small army, Mallory is shot with a laser beam and paralyzed. His only chance of walking again lies in a group of spiritual healers, but their cure could be much worse than being paralyzed.
SG-1 visits a planet where they find nine dead Goa'uld. They think that the Goa'uld might have been killed by a mysterious plague or disease. They get back to Earth but Daniel starts to act in a strange manner, soon they realize that he might be losing his sanity. They suspect that he is going crazy because of his many travels through the Stargate.
