Stardate: 47423.9 Worf is reunited with his foster brother, Nikolai Rozhenko, when Nikolai sends out a distress call from the planet he is studying for the Federation. The planet he is monitoring is, unfortunately, in the process of becoming uninhabitable. When Picard refuses to relocate the pre-technological people there, due to the rules of the Prime Directive, Nikolai takes matters into his own hands, thus putting Worf right in the middle of his brother's actions.
During the filming of a commercial out at sea, a woman falls of her jet ski and Matt has to rescue her. The woman turns out to be Jessie, the biker Matt met a year earlier (Episode 51: "Point Doom"). Mitch wants a lifeguard to be present during the filming and Matt is selected to go. Summer immediately becomes jealous because she knows about Matt and Jessie's previous meeting.
Murphy's report and comments about modern art lead to her appearance on a PBS talk show, defending her views against art critics. Later she takes one of Avery's paintings and puts it on display to show them what they really know about art.
