Stardate: 46192.3 Enterprise learns that a new crew member is really a member of the Q Continuum. However, she is unaware of her origins and her parents' rebellion against the continuum. When Q arrives to determine if she should continue to exist or not, things get strange for the Enterprise crew, and the nascent Q.
A mysterious ninja is robbing Wayne Enterprises subsidiaries, and Batman discovers that the ninja is actually his equal in combat. A grudge against Bruce Wayne and skills to match him can only mean one person: Kyodai Ken, an old rival of Wayne's from his days in Japan, and whom was thrown out of the dojo after attempting to rob it, only to be stopped by Wayne. Ken, it turns out, wants revenge.
When Matt is out driving his motorcycle on the cliffs above Malibu, a woman on a motorcycle drives by him. He follows as the mystery girl with flowing blonde hair and a knockout body, races down Point Dume Road. But Matt can't catch up with her and she leaves him in the dust. Now Matt is wondering who she is and where she comes from. Then back on the beach, he sees her again. This time, she asks a guy named Hudson if he wants to race her at Point Dume Road. The winner can keep both bikes. He accepts and then he drives away from her with his gang.
Frank, sensing his "big break", persuades a reluctant Murphy to co-host the network's new overnight news program with him, and the pair get punchy while on the air.
