Stardate: 50074.3 The crew makes a remarkable discovery while investigating what appears to be an unstable wormhole. They find readings that technology from the Alpha Quadrant is on the planet. Beaming down, Chakotay and Paris find two Ferengi performing the role as Gods as written down in the planet's history.

Janeway is in a quandary about what to do; don't interfere in the society, or fix a problem from their Alpha Quadrant troublemakers.

Dan is unnerved about his parents coming to Miami for a visit, but is surprised to discover that they are suddenly very accepting of his lifestyle. Dan's mom even spends time with his boyfriend, Arnie. Things don't work out quite as nicely for Mike and his sometime girlfriend Heather. She wants him to settle down and marry her, but he isn't ready to commit to one woman. They spend a weekend together in Boston, but Mike finds that he is as indecisive as ever. Sarah's puppy, Leroy, is also introduced.

The new Vorlon ambassador arrives, Sheridan decides it's time to test just how effective telepaths are against the Shadow ships, and Franklin is on walkabout in Downbelow and falls in love with a singer.
