Hilda has forgotten to tell Zelda that their magic is due for a twenty-five-year tune-up, so they must both surrender their powers for a few days, leaving Sabrina "the most powerful woman in the house" temporarily. But her delight in her new status doesn't last after Valerie persuades her to sneak into a new nightclub to hear 'N Sync perform.
SG-1 finds an old Goa'uld enemy called Ma'chello. The problem is that Ma'chello decides that he doesn't want to die so he arrange things so that he can change bodies with Daniel. Ma'chello (in Daniel's body) manages to fool everyone and come back to Earth where he goes on a little 'vacation'. Meanwhile Daniel is stuck on Ma'chello's body and is dying.
Josh and Penny are at the scene of a car crash when a fireman slips and injures himself as a mother leaves her baby with her adopted mum to visit her birth mum.
