Tru is forced to relive a day to rescue a man from getting his heart shot. But her rescue mission takes a dangerous turn when she accidentally sacrifice a shopowner in order to save the man, and she finds herself caught in a loop of rewinding days, and it won't end unless she, herself, find an end.
The tribes are dying of thirst and when it rains, they drink and collect it like wild animals. A mysterious box with three locks shows up as tree mail.
Saboga wins the reward challenge and allows all the tribes to get a flint and a pot with a clue to the first key for the box, which they now know is rice.
Back at the camps, everyone can finally make fire. Next, at the Immunity Challenge, Saboga appears to win, but loses again. At tribal council, Rudy is all-star number two to go.
After a corporate restructuring, where Project Managers Nick and Kristi choose their own team, the new co-ed teams are given their fifth task: hold a flee market. Versacorp wins the task by making more money than Protege, and as a reward, the team is given a tour of Yankee Stadium. Back at the boardroom, Kristi is fired because of her poor decision making styles and leadership.
Three little CSIs (Grissom, Sara, and Nick) respond to an electrocution at a casino. The casino is hosting Japanese antiquities. The electrocution is just a ruse to steal the central piece of the exhibit. Catherine and Warrick deal with a vampire murder.
Kem accompanies Carter to work and manages to annoy about half the hospital over the course of the day. Weaver has used the money that Romano left to the hospital and unveils the Robert Romano Center for Gay, Lesbian, Bi and Transgendered Health Care. Gallant is doing a ride-along with Morales and Bardelli. Weaver offers Lewis the acting ER chief job, but Susan refuses because she's pregnant. Pratt is questioning his abilities as a doctor. Chen calls the ER to tell Pratt that her mom has died in China. Sam finds out about Luka's reputation as the ER bed hopper, but finds herself making out with him by the end of the day.
