Meanwhile, Simon and Cecilia discuss having sex for the first time and naively share the news with their parents - which doesn't go to well when Cecilia's father finds out. Lastly, Lucy sets out to spy on Roxanne and Chandler on their first date.

Stunt #1: Inverted Helicopter Contestants would be bound by their ankles and hung upside-down beneath a helicopter. They would have to find which of three keys unlocked the lock to their shackles and pull a release cord to drop into the water below. The two men and the two women to complete this stunt the fastest would advance to the next round. The others would be eliminated.

Carrie thinks Doug needs professional help to control his excessive eating habits, so she persuades him to see a therapist. When Carrie sees Doug's great inprovements, she asks the therapist to work on Doug's other issues. Meanwhile, Arthur believes he's addicted to nasal spray and fights to stay off of it.

Horatio and Speedle investigate the slaying of a hooker who is found dead under a bed in a plush beachside cottage, her naked body having been stabbed 23 times. But the crime scene yields few traces of blood because the killer bathed the victim in the cottage's tub with cardamom soap. Across town at an urban gas station, Calleigh and Delko attempt to uncover why a German tourist was gunned down in an apparent carjacking. They learn that a masked assailant approached a vacationing couple's rental car, shot and killed the husband, but left the wife unharmed and then fled the scene.

At her Boyfriend Seans party, Sandy Harper is drugged and raped by Seans friend, Sean gave her the drug in a drink for part-payment to his friend. Lisa Fox and Kath Fox are starting to cope with Terry's death. Lisa doesn't cope well dealing with a couple and their Caesarian-born daughter, who has a potentaly serious condition. Tom Campbell-Gore was selected to perform some pioneering surgery on a heart patient using a new robotic system for Heart transplants. But the strain of having another of his patients die prior to the operation, and having to do the operation while being watched by a group of seinior medics, is too much to handle, and he turns to the vodka (again). Ed Keating finds Tom drunk and covers-up for Tom again, but later Ed gives Tom an ultimatum. The operation is a success and the party of medics leave happily.
