It's a new term at Phoenix Rise and a fresh start for Billy and Rihanna. Free from his old responsibilities, Billy gets swept up in some rule-breaking fun, urged on by wingman Darcy. Swerving studies means Billy's about to fail his mocks, leading Darcy to plot an elaborate heist to steal the exam papers.
