In a New Mexico desert, Wolverine witnesses the crash of a spaceship carrying horrific, alien bug-like creaturesandmdash;the Familyandmdash;which overwhelm him. Rogue reunites with her first boyfriend, Cody, who ends up being a part of the Family's plot to have Rogue become their new leader. The X-Men defeat the Family.

X-Men: The Animated Series Show Summary

They are mutants, genetically gifted human beings - the world's newest and most persecuted minority group.
