After wealthy Jonathan Keyes is found dead in his home, the police receive an anonymous tip that he was murdered. Logan and Briscoe encounter difficulties at the scene when the widow and her attorney refuse to allow an autopsy, and by the time Rodgers is able to examine the body, it has already been embalmed. The medical examiner claims the death was natural causes, and even though the state finally gets the necessary proof that the death was murder, the methods used to obtain the needed evidence come under question when Stone tries the case in court.

The gang is attacked by a simulant ship who upgrade Starbug with laser cannons and defensive shields and then force them to play a game of 'cat and mouse'. The crew decide not to flee but to stay and fight which stuns the simulants. Before their ship is crippled by Starbugs new offensive weapons, the simulants upload a killer virus into the navicomp. Kryten then transfers the virus to his CPU in an attempt to eradicate it. The gang watch on a virtual reality screen as Kryten's search for an antidote is manifested as a western setting where Kryten is a sheriff who has to fight the four horsemen of the Apocalypse - Death, War, Pestilence and Famine.

Parodying a 1930's Cartoon, Dot and the Warners are kicked out of a movie theater after Dot loudly fawns over an actor in the movie. The Warners sneak back into the theater and become part of the movie.

Wakko is at the movies and has to go to the bathroom. When he discovers that the bathrooms don't work, he must find a bathroom somewhere else.

When medieval kingdom of Camelot is threatened by a dragon, King Arthur asks Merlin to summon a knight. When Merlin tries to summon the knight, he gets the Warners instead. The Warners defeat the dragon by tricking it into blowing itself up. They discover that it was really a robot that was being operated by mice.
