Jerry and George finally get the green light to shoot their pilot episode. During filming, George becomes preoccupied with a white spot on his lip and then suspects that Kramer's character is stealing boxes of raisins from the set. Meanwhile, Elaine has problems with a coffee shop that only hires 'well-endowed' waitresses.
George confronts TV Kramer about the raisins and has to get a biopsy done on the white spot on his lip. Elaine starts an investigation on the coffee shop owner. Everyone, including Jerry's relatives, watch the pilot episode but when the current NBC president disappears, the new president may pull the plug on the series.

Beavis and Butt-head want to 'feel good', so they go to the doctor to get prescriptions for alcohol-laced cold remedies that will make them high. They're embarrassed to be mostly naked in front of the lady doctor, who denies them a prescription for cold medicine and gives them a different treatment altogether.
