Lisa becomes uncharacteristically lazy after being sick from school for a couple of days, and has to resort to cheating to pass a test. Meanwhile, Homer purchases a small lobster in the hopes of growing it into a large lobster so that he can "eat the profits." But problems arise when Homer becomes attached to his new pet.

Laurie comes home for Thanksgiving with a friend that Eric finds attractive. Donna is warned by Jackie that a college girl is in his home. Kitty tries to avoid the phone calls of her mother-in-law.

Mulder goes to the Bermuda Triangle when he learns that the Queen Anne, a British luxury liner which disappeared during WWII, has reappeared in the middle of the Sargasso Sea. Mulder's boat is wrecked and after floating in the water, he is hauled aboard the ship which has just been hijacked by the Nazis searching for the man who will build the atom bomb.
